I’m a business professional with a very successfully career. I am a mother of one child and my job with her has been amazing. But yet, as a person and as a woman, I was suffering of constant anxiety; my close relationships would be based on the need of getting immediate response from people, because otherwise I would feel neglected or rejected when most of the times, nothing had to do anything with me. My happiness was always depending upon the actions of others and not of myself. My self-esteem was very low as I lived a relationship where the person didn’t love me and would make me feel guilty of all the things he would do wrong.
With Dr. V, I worked on all the highlight events that could have caused in me this feeling of anxiety, rejection, fear for abandonment. We went through every event and switched from negative to positive, but she did all this in a unique way I never experienced before.
It was not the usual blah, blah blah and how are you feeling today and I want you to walk here forever in your life. She wanted me to get better and fast, because I could sense that she is here with a purpose of helping people to move on with a happy life.
She used unusual methods like meditation and other types of therapies for which a professional must be highly certificated such as RRT, EMDR and little by little, I experienced a deep healing and a rewiring of negative feelings into positive. My relationships started to change drastically for the positive. People could see in me the peace, the positive energy, the strength and the higher self esteem.
I wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for Dr. V. I rarely feel anxious and if I do, its just the usual little feeling we could feel here and there for normal things in life. But I live in general, anxiety free. I now feel so much self love. I used to think I am unlovable. And I’m not ugly, but I would just feel that way because of my childhood events. Now I feel lovable, strong and I can help others too by letting them know that there is a way to improve those negative feelings not by giving out pills but by going deep to the roots and working the stuff out.
